Easter is almost here and the tri-town of Marion, Mattapoisett and Rochester each have Easter Egg  Hunts in their respective towns.

MATTAPOISETT– The Mattapoisett Lions Club will be hosting the Annual Easter Egg Hunt on Saturday, April 15, 2017.  The event will be held at Veteran’s Park at Ned’s Point Lighthouse from 11:00 to 12:00.  Weather permitting.

ROCHESTER – The Plumb Corner mall will host an Easter event on Saturday, April 8, from noon to 12:30 p.m. that will include an Easter Egg Hunt, hay rides, parade, crafts, DJ Howie for tunes, Vinny the Bubble Guy and – most importantly – the Rochester Police Department will be conducting a food drive for Rochester seniors so patrons are asked to bring a non-perishable item to stuff the cruiser. Donations for the food drive can also be dropped off anytime at the Law Offices of Matthew H. Beaulieu, 565 Rounseville Road, Suite 5.

MARION – The Sippican Lands Trust’s Annual Easter Egg Hunt, sponsored by RO Parker Electric, will be held Saturday, April 8 (rain date, Saturday, April 15), 10 a.m. at Peirson Woods, Point Road.
